Specialty Contractor for Building Envelope with over 25 years experience

Summary

Work with Business development team to develop accurate proposals for projects built around the company model. This is a long term position for a committed individual in a key role in the company
 
Responsibilities
 
-- Perform take off of products via on screen programs and input into our systems program
-- Communicate with clients to discover opportunities, understand scope, understand competition perform accurate scope documents and
     recommend correct products as applied to varied projects
-- Work with Business Development and management to strategize and target customer base for correct opportunity
-- Participates in customer presentations with accurate info and scope to assist in closing opportunity

Qualifications

-- Experience in estimating in a similar role
-- Industry knowledge of curtain wall and window
-- Knowledge of large GC and developer base in Eastern U.S.  
-- Strong personal skills in use of computer XL, take off systems, Microsoft Project, etc.   
-- Appropriate education background with technical degree
