We love paying finder's fees!

For each unique introduction that leads us to filling that position and placing the candidate, we gladly pay a finder's fee.

Q:   What do we mean by 'unique introduction'? 
A:   Naturally, doing what we do, we come to know many candidates and if they are already in our system, that would not be unique.  If you introduce us to someone new and we place that individual for any  position, we will pay you a finder's fee.

Q:   What is to prevent me from hearing "Oh, we already have his/her resume."
A:   Honestly, nothing except our personal and professional integrity.  Please feel free to look at our recommendations on LinkedIn.  There is no commission worth compromising our reputation.  Also, we will gladly share details to show we are already aware of a suggested candidate. 

Q:   When and how do we get paid?
A:   The day we get paid on the placement, we forward you a check.

Q:   Can we recommend more than one person?

A:   Of course, the more the merrier!
