Summary

Develop accurate and competitive estimates ranging from $1 million to $10 million in order to meet the company's business plan for growth and profitability.  The candidate will estimate projects of varying size and complexity. This position requires a candidate who is a "hands on" estimator who thrives on the challenge of detailed quantity takeoffs, negotiating with vendors and suppliers, developing contacts. 

Must have a proven record of success

Qualifications 

This position requires a skilled Estimator accustomed to taking a project from the initial bid inquiry and manage all aspects of the estimate to include bid, negotiate, award and post award handover to Project Management Team. High energy, motivated and confident who will also promote Company as a leader in the Architectural Wall Panel industry

8 years of progressive growth in Estimating in the architectural aluminum industry, preferably architectural wall panels, metal panels, composite panels, etc

Bachelor degree in construction, architecture or similar or combination of education and experience
