Client is a well-established building envelope and curtain wall engineering firm with a national and international footprint
Summary
-- Read architectural/structural drawings
-- Draw fabrication drawings based on existing fabrication drawings
-- Input final tags on elevations while drawing individual fabrication drawings
-- All other tasks as assigned or as apparent
-- Modify drawings as red-marked by another team member
-- Know the budgeted time per sheet or per detail and keep track of own progress
-- Follow WSE or customer drafting standards
-- Check own plot of drawings before giving them to the Team Leader or Project
-- Draw elevations, plans and sections as directed by the Team Leader
-- Draw details based on existing details as directed by the Team Leader
-- Read and understand shop drawings in order to draw fabrication drawings
Qualifications
2-year degree in civil or architectural technology or vocational degree preferred; 0-2 years experience
