Summary

Candidate will work closely with external clients to establish project costing for contract sales. Working in the areas of building envelope integration and construction sequencing, contract procurement and negotiation, as well as many other essential functions of the sales process

Responsibilities

-- Ensure close collaboration and communication with owners, decision makers, managers, architects, engineers, and others

-- Maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and vendors

-- Manage the project transition and maintain ongoing support to the Operations Department effectively for contract sales

-- Adhere to and promote risk management, safety policies, and procedures

-- Develop scope of work proposal offers for all phases of project implementation

-- Accurately define work scopes and create material budgets, labor budgets, define lead times, costing allowances and contingencies

-- Contribute to the design assistance process, innovative value engineering solutions, comprehensive pre-construction project assistance

Requirements

-- Bachelor’s degree preferred but must have at least a two-year degree

-- Experience forecasting demand needs

-- Effective communicator and negotiator in terms of both verbal and written skills
